3D Systems Corporation, a South Carolina-based 3D printing company, has agreed to pay the US up to $4.54 million to resolve allegations that it violated the False Claims Act, the US Attorney for the Northern District of Texas said Monday.
The company allegedly violated the law by improperly transferring export-controlled data from the US to China in violation of the export control laws in connection with NASA and DOD contracts, the attorney said.
