WWE Board, McMahon Settle in Principle Over Saudi Broadcast Deal

World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. chairman Vince McMahon and other board members—including his daughter and son-in-law, the wrestler “Triple H"—have reached an agreement in principle to resolve shareholder litigation in two courts over the breakdown of a Saudi broadcasting deal.

No terms of the agreement are available yet, but the WWE investors and company leaders will file settlement papers within 30 days, according to filings Wednesday in Delaware’s Chancery Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
