Wiggin and Dana will open a new Boston office in June, formalizing its footprint in an important market for clients in the life sciences, tech, healthcare, financial services, and defense sectors, the firm said Tuesday.
The Boston office will be led by corporate partner Daniela Badiola Spanos, and will include Wiggin life sciences chair Patti Kavee Melick and emerging companies and venture capital partner Paul Hughes, according to the firm.
Badiola Spanos represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex transactions that include mergers and acquisitions, growth equity and venture capital financing.
