Abdallah Maher has joined White & Case as a partner with the global mergers and acquisitions practice in Riyadh, the firm said Monday.
Maher advises on cross-border public and private M&A transactions involving financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and technology firms, according to White & Case.
He joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
