Weil Adds Restructuring Partner Domenget-Morin in Paris Office

Céline Domenget-Morin has joined Weil Gotshal as a partner in the restructuring practice in Paris, the firm said Thursday.

Domenget-Morin works with companies, debt funds, and banking pools, according to Weil. She was involved with the Eurotunnel case, the Gefco case, and the mediation for financing the completion of the EPR project in Finland, Weil said.

She has previously practiced with Goodwin Procter and White & Case.
