Visa Says Alfred Kelly to Retire as Executive Chairman

Visa said chairman Alfred Kelly will retire on Jan. 23.

• Kelly will remain at the company as senior advisor until Feb. 15, when he will retire from Visa
• The board plans to name lead independent director John Lundgren as chair subject to his reelection at annual meeting
