A French-Polish fraudster serving a three-year US prison sentence wielded forged documents to steal an Ibiza-based tourism business from a Ukrainian ex-model he used to date, she said in a lawsuit.
Kateryna Dirgina sued Pierre Dadak on Monday, seeking to reclaim control of the company, La Dolce Vita Ibiza LLC, which is chartered in Delaware. Dadak “fraudulently made, caused to be made, filed, or caused to be filed, false records” seizing control of an enterprise over which he never exercised any legitimate authority, according to the filing in Delaware’s Chancery Court.
