Truth Social Fights SPAC Deal Architect at Delaware High Court

President Donald Trump’s media company squared off in court Wednesday against the architect of the blank-check merger with a shell entity that made Trump’s Truth Social network a publicly traded business.

Delaware’s top court is weighing dueling appeals by Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. and an investment vehicle for Patrick Orlando, sponsor of the special purpose acquisition company with which it combined.
