TransPerfect’s ‘Regurgitated’ Skadden Fee Challenge Rejected (1)

TransPerfect Global Inc. and its owner, now in year seven of their quest to discredit a 2017 court ruling, have run into a judge who’s losing patience with their scorched-earth litigation tactics.

Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick on Monday dismantled the translation company’s latest objections to legal fees charged by its onetime court-appointed custodian, Robert Pincus, a former partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP whom TransPerfect and principal owner Phil Shawe have sued in multiple courts.
