Just when Elon Musk thought he was out, a group of Delaware lawyers pulled him back in.

Tesla Inc. investors asked the state’s top court Wednesday to revive the final lawsuits filed against the billionaire before he moved the automaker to Texas in 2024.

A Delaware Chancery Chancery Court judge dismissed the consolidated litigation last month, effectively sending it to Texas, which has made corporate cases far harder to bring in a bid to attract companies with a more pro-business bent.
