T-Mobile, Cox End Delaware Court Fight Over Verizon Partnership

T-Mobile US Inc. and Cox Communications Inc. have resolved their legal fight over a wireless network partnership Cox reached with Verizon Communications Inc. despite a preliminary deal with Sprint Corp., which T-Mobile later acquired.

The two sides agreed to drop the dispute from Delaware’s Chancery Court, where T-Mobile won a ruling in February advancing its claim that Cox breached their agreement by teaming up with Verizon. A judge, Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn, approved the joint stipulation Wednesday, a few hours after it was docketed.
