Synchronoss CEO Resigns After Review of Alleged Misconduct

Glenn Lurie resigned as president/CEO and board member following the board’s review of allegations of personal misconduct in violation of the company’s policies, Synchronoss Technologies says.

  • His resignation isn’t related to the company’s strategy, financial or business performance
  • Board appointed Jeff Miller as interim president and CEO effective immediately; he joined the company in 2018 as chief commercial officer
  • Synchronoss also says it’s maintaining 2020 Ebitda guidance of $20m-$25m
