Kurt Rogers has returned to the general counsel role at medical waste management company Stericycle Inc. after a little more than a month leading the law department at XPO Logistics Inc.
XPO disclosed in an April 23 securities filing that the “company terminated the employment of Kurt Rogers, its chief legal officer,” March 11. XPO did not provide any additional details about Rogers, who the company announced in January would officially come aboard Feb. 3 as chief legal officer and corporate secretary for the Greenwich, Conn.-based transportation and logistics giant.
