Son of Estée Lauder Steps Down From Beauty Company Board

Estée Lauder Cos. said Ronald S. Lauder, son of the beauty company’s founder, is retiring from the board and will be replaced by his son-in-law Eric Zinterhofer.

Lauder can designate two directors, which include his daughter Jane Lauder, who is already on the board, and Zinterhofer, who is married to his other daughter Aerin Lauder, the cosmetics company said Friday.
