SocGen Names Stephane About CEO of Societe Generale Americas

SocGen appointed Stephane About as CEO, Societe Generale Americas, overseeing the bank’s activities in the Americas region, the bank says in a statement on Monday.

• Based in New York, he replaces Slawomir Krupa who was named Deputy General Manager and Head of Global Banking and Investor Solutions of Societe Generale Group
• About previously worked at Natixis, where he served as CEO, CIB of EMEA (except France) since 2019
• SocGen also appointed Delphine Garcin-Meunier, Jean-François Despoux and Stephane Landon within its group Management Committee
