Brent M. Douglas has joined Snell & Wilmer as a partner in the labor and employment practice group in the San Diego office, the firm said Tuesday.
Douglas concentrates his practice on wage-and-hour class actions, partnership disputes, and employment claims, according to Snell & Wilmer.
He has experience drafting and negotiating stock option plans and stock grants, as well as senior, subordinated, and mezzanine debt arrangements, said the firm.
He joins from Hahn Loeser & Parks.
