The brother of Andrew Paradise, billionaire founder of the Skillz Inc. eSports franchise, filed a petition in Delaware seeking to reclaim control over his investment trust after he was allegedly duped into giving free rein to company executives and an attorney beholden to his brother.
“Andrew’s vast personal wealth was apparently not enough to satisfy his desire for control over his brother’s life and assets,” according to the Delaware Chancery Court petition. “Through the machinations of Andrew and his conflicted agents, Andrew now exercises total control” over the trust, it says.
