Amusement park operator Six Flags Entertainment Corp. will soon have a new top lawyer, just in time for summer.
The Grand Prairie, Texas-based company disclosed in a Feb. 25 securities filing that Laura Doerre will join Six Flags as executive vice president and general counsel on March 9.
Doerre comes to Six Flags from JELD-WEN Holding Inc., a Charlotte, N.C., -based building products manufacturer where she has served as executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer since September 2016.
