Sirius-Pandora Buyout Case Headed for Trial in Overworked Court

Sirius XM Holdings Inc. must face a class action trial in May challenging its $3.5 billion acquisition of Pandora Media Inc., a Delaware judge said Thursday.

Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick denied requests by the satellite radio giant and former Pandora board members for permission to file summary judgment motions that could potentially have ended the case without a full trial.
