Singapore authorities have launched a joint investigation into the troubled water treatment firm Hyflux Ltd. and its directors in the latest development of the city-state’s high-profile restructuring case.
The Commercial Affairs Department of Singapore Police Force, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority have launched an investigation into the company and its current and former directors for suspected false and misleading statements, the authorities said in an emailed statement on Tuesday.
