Simpson Thacher Adds Hibbert, Serginson as Partners in London

Paul Hibbert and Emma Serginson will join Simpson Thacher as partners in the London office, the firm said Wednesday.

Hibbert advises companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on acquisition and leveraged finance matters involving the infrastructure sector, according to Simpson Thacher.

Serginson focuses on infrastructure, leveraged acquisition finance, domestic and cross-border debt, and other corporate finance transactions, Simpson Thacher said.

They join from Weil Gotshal. Serginson also spent time on secondment at the credit products legal team of JPMorgan in London.
