Sika Says 32-Year Company Veteran Hasler to Take Up CEO Role

Sika AG announced Chief Executive Offier Paul Schuler is stepping down, with the Swiss construction chemical-maker drawing from its bench of managers for a successor.

Thomas Hasler, a 32-year company veteran, will replace Schuler on May 1, the Baar-based company said in a statement on Friday. Schuler will transition to the board of directors.
