The National Labor Relations Board ordered ADT LLC to compensate the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for lost dues after the security company illegally withdrew recognition from the union.
The three-member panel on Tuesday upheld a 2022 decision from Administrative Law Judge Andrew S. Gollin which said ADT violated federal labor law when it refused to recognize the union and stopped deducting dues from employees paychecks.
