School Board Sues EEOC Over ‘Fishing Expedition,’ Overreach

The EEOC and its Republican Acting Chair Andrea Lucas are facing a lawsuit accusing them of overstepping agency authority with “an overly broad and vague” discrimination charge and probe alleging systematic racial bias in employment against a New Mexico public school district.
