RWE Splits Green Power Arm in Two as Head Dotzenrath Resigns

RWE AG has divided its renewable energy arm into two separate units for global offshore wind and onshore wind and solar power.

The split, which the German power producer said is to accelerate growth, was announced at the same time as the resignation of Anja-Isabel Dotzenrath, who has led the unit since 2019. Sven Utermohlen will be responsible for the offshore wind division, while Silvia Ortin Rios will be in charge of onshore wind and solar, the company said in a statement.
