RBC Capital Markets Names New Head of Strategic Initiatives, ESG

RBC Capital Markets appointed Lindsay Patrick to the newly created role of head of strategic initiatives and ESG.

• Patrick, currently head of sustainable finance for the bank, will report to Derek Neldner, chief executive officer of RBC Capital Markets, according to a company memo
• Patrick, who originally joined RBC in 1997, rejoined the firm in 2016 as part of the bank’s RLaunch program, an initiative aimed at reintegrating into the workplace senior women who have been on a voluntary career break
