The founder of eXp World Holdings Inc. lost his bid to shake off claims that he helped cover up alleged rapes and sexual assaults committed for years by two of its top real estate agents at company events.
A Delaware Chancery Court judge let the shareholder lawsuit move forward, saying its allegations—if true—show CEO Glenn Sanford deliberately concealing the company’s pervasive “rape culture” because its pyramid-style pay structure placed the perpetrators in his revenue downline.
