The resignation of Buckman, who joined PG&E’s board in April as part of a deal with BlueMountain Capital Management, is effective immediately, co. says in filing

  • “Mr. Buckman’s resignation does not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to the Corporation’s or the Utility’s operations, policies or practices”: filing
  • He notified PG&E of his departure on Nov. 12
  • Buckman is a former CEO of PacifCorp, Consumers Energy, Trans-Elect and Shaw Power Group: PG&E website
