PayPal’s New CEO Forms Three Business Units, Names Their Leaders

PayPal Holdings Inc. is continuing an overhaul of its upper leadership under new Chief Executive Officer Alex Chriss, naming three business unit-focused leaders just weeks after appointing a new finance chief.

The firm is creating three new business units focused on consumers, small businesses and large enterprises, headed by new hires Diego Scotti and Michelle Gill, and PayPal veteran Frank Keller, respectively. Isabel Cruz will also join as PayPal’s chief people officer, beginning Nov. 27, leaving a role at Walmart Inc.
