Ousted Fermi CEO Calls for Special Meeting to Expand Board (2)

Toby Neugebauer, the ousted leader of Fermi Inc., is calling for a special shareholder meeting on May 29 to expand the nuclear data-center developer’s board and elect himself and several additional directors.

Plans for the meeting were announced Tuesday in a statement, though Neugebauer said he scheduled it last month, before he was fired as chief executive officer. He also said that Fermi has sought to cancel the meeting, a move he opposes.
