An executive at One Equity Partners LLC sued one of its private-equity affiliates over allegations that founder Dick Cashin pushed him aside and then tried to oust him for demanding access to critical investment documents.
The heavily redacted lawsuit seeks internal files on behalf of David Han, a senior managing director who says his firing for cause was legally ineffective. The maneuver would allegedly strip Han of his “sharing percentage” in the funds he managed, handing the money instead to Cashin and others.
