Nestlé SA appointed its first woman managing director Nicole Roos to head up East and Southern Africa as the world’s biggest food producer works to improve diversity globally.
The producer of KitKat, Milo and Nescafé says 44% of middle and senior managers are women. It aims to increase the proportion of women in the top 200 senior executive positions to 30% by the end of the year from 27%.
