Nasdaq Adds Safety Concerns for Its Leaders as New Investor Risk

Nasdaq Inc., in the aftermath of the high-profile shooting of a UnitedHealth Group leader, warned investors about the potential risk of an attack on its executives or offices.

“Given our position in the global capital markets and our brand, we may be more likely than other companies to be a target for malicious disruption activities or physical attacks on our senior leadership team and/or our office locations,” the stock exchange operator said in its latest 10-K report.
