Fashion designer and reality TV star Julia Haart lost her bid for 50% control of the talent agency featured on her show, the Netflix series “My Unorthodox Life,” when a Delaware judge ruled in favor of her estranged husband, Italian tech financier Silvio Scaglia, who ousted her in February.
Vice Chancellor Morgan T. Zurn issued a brief decision Thursday for Delaware’s Chancery Court, ruling for Scaglia on most of the lawsuit’s counts. The judge rejected Haart’s claims of 50% co-ownership, which formed the basis of her core allegation that Scaglia lacked the authority to push her out.
