Elon Musk’s use of illicit drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, ketamine, and LSD threatens
An investor added the legal claims against Musk and other Tesla board members to an existing lawsuit that initially reflected an attempt to curb the billionaire’s market-moving social media activity. The new complaint in Delaware’s Chancery Court comes about two weeks after the US Supreme Court turned down the chance to let Musk out of his “Twitter sitter” agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
