Most Companies Say Diversity Programs Not Derailed by Politics

Large companies still support their diversity, equity and inclusion programs even in the face of political headwinds, according to new survey results.

More than 70% of companies polled on behalf of executive headhunting firm Bridge Partners said they plan to expand their DEI initiatives and just 2% indicated they plan to cut back on the programs. The survey comes as the US Supreme Court’s late June decision to overturn affirmative action in college admissions is rocking the DEI profession.
