Mondelez Misleads With ‘Climate Neutral’ Clif Bar, Buyer Says

Mondelez deceived Clif Bar buyers who paid more for climate-friendly snacks that failed to help the environment, a customer said in a prospective class action.

Clif Kid Zbars from Mondelez International Inc. used misleading packaging that describes the snack bar as “climate neutral” when it’s not, according to a proposed class action complaint buyer Cynthia Salguero filed Friday in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
