Meta Still Facilitating Child Sex Trafficking, Updated Suit Says

New details emerged Wednesday about child sex trafficking allegations involving Meta Platforms Inc. when a group of investment funds updated their lawsuit against the company’s leaders to claim they’re doubling down on features that perpetuate pedophile networks.

The amended complaint, previously under seal, includes about 80 pages of new information to bolster claims that Mark Zuckerberg, other senior corporate officers, and members of the tech giant’s board have for years deliberately ignored the “ubiquitous, openly occurring, and unchecked child sexual exploitation that occurs every day” on Facebook and Instagram.
