Media Mogul Accused of ‘Coup’ to Steal Argentine TV Networks

Remigio Ángel González, the owner of a Latin American television empire, was hit with a lawsuit May 14 accusing him of using dirty tricks to take over an Argentine media company in which he has a small stake.

González and his flagship company, Televideo Services Inc., engineered a “corporate coup” by presenting authorities in Delaware and Argentina with fraudulent documents purporting to establish him as the full owner of Grupo Belleville Holdings LLC, according to the complaint filed in Delaware Chancery Court.
