Marsh & McLennan Says Ex-ADM CFO Young Won’t Seek Reelection

Ray Young informed Marsh & McLennan he won’t seek reelection at its May 16 annual meeting, the company said in regulatory filing.

• “Young’s decision is not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices”
• He was previously vice chairman and CFO at Archer-Daniels-Midland Co., a company now facing an accounting probe
• Young joined the board on March 2023
