Logitech Dispute With Founder Over New Chairman May Delay AGM

Logitech International SA founder Daniel Borel secured a court decision that could delay the company’s annual shareholder meeting as he continues his dispute over the appointment of a new chair.

Logitech is prohibited from issuing an invitation to the meeting — currently scheduled for Sept. 4 — before the court resolves the conflict between the two sides, according to a court document seen by Bloomberg News.

Borel has been pushing the company to include a proposal at the meeting on the election of board member Guy Gecht as chair. Logitech has rejected the request.
