Littler Hires Laura Devane as Employment Arbitration Shareholder

Laura Devane rejoined Littler Mendelson as a shareholder in its arbitration practice group in California, the firm announced Tuesday.

Devane focuses on developing, implementing, and enforcing employment arbitration agreements. She represents clients in California federal and state courts, and advises on employment-related issues. Devane also defends employers before state and federal regulators, the firm said.

She joins from Whitney, Thompson & Jeffcoach.
