Kellanova, the company that includes global snacking, international cereals and plant-based foods, will oversee an $11.7 billion portfolio of brands that include Cheez-It, Pringles and Morningstar Farms, among others, according to a Wednesday statement. The company’s North American cereal business, which includes brands like Special K and Corn Flakes, will sit under WK Kellogg Co. That business generated an estimated $2.4 billion in sales in 2021.
