Michael Didiuk joined Katten Muchin Rosenman as a partner in its financial markets and funds department in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Didiuk advises asset managers on structure, governance, compliance obligations under the federal securities laws, registered and private products, Securities and Exchange Commission examinations and investigations, and strategic transactions, the firm said.
He joins from Schulte Roth + Zabel.
