JPMorgan Names Nicole Giles CFO of Corporate and Investment Bank

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is making changes to the leadership of its corporate and investment bank, appointing a new chief financial officer and a head of global research.

Nicole Giles, the new CFO, replaces Jeremy Barnum, who will take on a new role as global head of research, according to a memo to staff Monday. Giles had been controller of JPMorgan, the biggest U.S. bank, since 2017, and will report to Co-President Daniel Pinto and Jenn Piepszak, the firm’s CFO. Barnum will report to Marc Badrichani, head of sales and research.
