An offshore investment firm filed suit in Delaware against Ukrainian businessman Vadim Shulman, claiming he looted Pathway Genomics Corp. while other members of its board—including former Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Peter Pace—looked the other way.
The lawsuit, made public Wednesday in Delaware’s Chancery Court, also appears to name former heavyweight boxing champion Wladimir Klitschko as a defendant in his capacity as an ex-member of the defunct biotech company’s board.
