A Jenzabar Inc. co-founder lost her third bid in less than a year to take over its board and oust her ex-husband from a leadership role at the company.

A Delaware judge ruled Tuesday against Ling Chai, who started the edtech business in 1998 with Robert Maginn Jr. Maginn and Chai—a former Chinese student dissident leader who fled after the 1989 crackdown on pro-democracy demonstrators in Beijing’s Tiananmen Square—have been entangled in multiple court fights in several states since their divorce proceedings began in 2019.
