Another facet of Jay-Z’s legal clash with liquor giant Bacardi is going to arbitration after a Delaware judge Friday said that it’s up to arbitrators to determine whether they have jurisdiction over the music mogul’s demand for financial records.
The wide-ranging dispute stems from allegations that Bacardi has been running their cognac-making joint venture, D’Usse LLC, into the ground. The fight involves four lawsuits, in Delaware and New York, and an arbitration proceeding.
