Insomnia Cookies, Former Worker Settle Wage Case in State Court

Insomnia Cookies LLC and one of its former workers agreed to remand its California labor law dispute to state court.

Judge Eumi K. Lee, of the US District Court for the Northern District of California, approved the parties’ joint notice of settlement and sent the case back to Santa Clara County Court on Monday, according to a signed order. The federal case was terminated following Lee’s order, docket filings say.
