Daniel Mallet has joined Haynes and Boone as a real estate finance partner in the Orange County, Calif., office, the firm said Wednesday.
Mallet, who joins from Sheppard Mullin, concentrates on secured and unsecured real estate finance transactions on behalf of clients, according to Haynes and Boone.
His experience includes documenting construction and term loan lending facilities, in addition to workouts and restructurings, said the firm.
